C. Discussion about rating officials is still on going. A proposal was submitted in conjunction with track and field to the AD's.

E. Contact the host school with any schedule changes. This should then be updated on www.schedulesonline.org by the host school.

F. Reminder sectional entry is due on Wednesday, October 22, 2003; Consult the Section V Handbook of details. Also remember you are allowed to submit 10 names but only 7 may run. Changes will be accepted until Wednesday, October 29, 2003 before 12:00 pm.

G. Courses: Northampton and English Road maps have been updated and copies are included in this mailing.

H. The AED is to be brought to all league meets by the host school.

I. Host schools also need to remember to bring vouchers for officials.

J. To avoid a mixed competition rule infraction it is ok to run boys and girls together but the starts needs to be staggered (suggested 5 or 10 minutes). Girls and Boys may finish on a common finish line but they should go into separate chutes and receive separate finish place cards.

K. Reminder: If a girl scores in a boy's race then they must run with the boys for the rest of the season.

L. Coaches need to notify county chairperson's if they have an athlete competing in the Varsity Boys or Girls race at County Coaches Invite that does not have the required 4 league meets to be eligible for All County recognition. This was proposed by Jim Erwin and seconded by Mike VanAuker. A vote was taken and the results were unanimous in favor of the proposal.

M. We are still looking into new awards for County Coaches Invite.

N. At this point we are not aware of any retirement recognitions. Please let the County Chairpersons know if this is not true.

O. Reminder all Parks are carry in carry out, please clean up the course after you use it. Remember we are guests and want to use the parks in the future. If you have any problems at any of our league meet courses please contact Matt Tytler.

P. Be sure to check the county handbook for your assigned job at the County Coaches Invite. This is an odd year format for race order.

Q. Mike DeMay proposed a site change for the County Coaches Invite to Center Park. This was tabled to our post season meeting.
